For over twenty years Bill Ciao Dentistry in Monroe has been serving generations of Northwest families from both near and far.
In addition to serving patients from the Monroe, Snohomish, Sultan, Goldbar and Startup areas we are honored that parties drive in to receive professional dental care from Seattle, Mercer Island, Whidbey Island, West Everett, Marysville and Lake Stevens.

Bill Ciao, D.M.D.
|
Dr. Ciao received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University Of Pittsburgh School Of Dental Medicine in 1976. He then served three years as a Dental Officer in the U.S. Army. He started his own private practice in 1981.
Dr. Ciao has extensive advanced training in complex restorative and esthetic dentistry as well as interpersonal communications.
Bill married Sue in 1976 and they have lived in the area since 1980. They have two grown daughters and one growing grandson. Bill and Sue enjoy travelling and hiking together. Bill’s passion other than dentistry is golf. He is President of the Board of Directors of The First Tee of Snohomish County, a charity that teaches young people important life skills through the game of golf.

Vahid - Registered Dental Hygienist
|
Vahid has been a valued member of our practice since 1988. He is a highly skilled hygienist who graduated from Clark College in Vancouver, Washington. Vahid continually upgrades his skills in periodontics (treating gum disease) and advanced communications.
Vahid enjoys visiting with patients and seeing improvements in their lives and smiles as a result of the care he provides. When not greeting and providing service to our patients Vahid and his wife Lida enjoy many activities such as snow skiing, hiking, gardening, golf and reading.

Jo - Registered Dental Hygienist
|
|
Jo has practiced dental hygiene since 1976. She started working for Dr. Ciao in 1982. Jo’s husband, Mike, has taught middle school since 1973. Jo and Mike have two children, Jordan and Maurissa.

Connie - Certified Dental Assistant
|
|
Connie is Dr. Ciao’s chairside dental assistant. She graduated from Lake Washington Technical College in 2000. Connie enjoys the close, friendly relationships she shares with our patients and serving several generations of families. Connie and her husband Mike have three children and enjoy a busy and active Northwest life.

Donna - Office Coordinator
|
|
Donna has been the office coordinator of our practice since 1987, the entire length of her dental career. Donna now sees and serves the children of the adults she first knew as toddlers when their parents brought them into the office. She and her husband, Harold, have four children and four grandchildren.
